Yoga...

I've been taking yoga classes for over 6 months now, and although I am still not super flexible, I am certainly enjoying many benefits of practicing. I have more energy, my chiropractor visits have become much less frequent and I sleep better—especially on Monday nights after my class. I encourage anybody who is thinking of trying a class or buying a yoga video to do so. I bet you will be surprised at how difficult it is and how good it feels!
