Nope. I'm just really far behind!
The kids "played" a game of fishing by lowering a string down the laundry chute and catching some mini M&M's, glow sticks and a viewfinder!
They spent a little time painting with water after opening presents.
Then Santa (a.k.a. my Dad) came to bring more presents. It was hard not to laugh, but jack was so terrified! First he got some milk which didn't really help all that much, but then he got his piano! We had been talking about asking Santa for a piano ever since he saw one at Fleet Farm. I told him if he was a good boy, Santa might just bring him one. It took a couple of seconds, but you could see that connection that Jack finally made between Santa and presents after getting ahold of the piano. There was a moment of clarity, but he still wouldn't give Santa a hug! Just a hi- five!
